some relaxing tips 



 Things have been pretty hectic lately!! I have countless essays to write, books to read, tests to take. In times like these, all we can do is to just try our best, learn from our mistakes, and keep plugging along! When your head feels like a whirlwind, you can try some of these relaxing things: (they help!)

                 1. take a deep breath in- then exhale

                 2. drink some soothing tea

                 3. listen to soft music

                 4. take a walk outside

                 5. drink cucumber water

                 6. read some good poetry

                 7. paint

                 8. light scented candles

                 9. write out all your ideas into a journal

                 10. smile or laugh

  1. Ah, good luck with everything! When things get pretty stressful, I like to go for a walk and just take a couple of pictures. It calms me, for some reason.
